I have posted several updated on my latest word press real estate site, recently I added the code for Google analytic which was a total of five minutes, but the amount of information is priceless. This is a minor but huge advantage to having control over your site.

It was January 20th that I added the code, what was interesting is from Google webmaster you can see how Google see your site and how your terms are ranking, with Google Analytic you can see all traffic as well as Pay for click, In total I had 554 visitors , with a 46% bounce rate. Other interesting stats are

• 86 percent Unique visitors
• 5 Minute and 19 seconds spend on the site
• 5.92 Pages per visit
• 111 Yahoo organic visitors
• 81 Bing organic visitors
• 75 Google organic and 68 CPC or paid visitors

Based on this, I will have a site that will have over 1000 Visitors per month, which based on my other site should equal 10 leads per month, more then enough leads to average 1 sale per month and based on my growth I believe I will be over 2000 visitors per  month by April 2011.

Based on 20 leads a Month, that would cost from $800 to over $1200 a month and if you had to pay for clicks target in real estate that would cost over $1000 and up to $2000 a month so it easy to see my what I am offering is such a value.

Now for Google Searches , I how have over 250 queries displaying in Google Webmaster tools, that is over 100 New terms in less then 2 weeks. Since this is a new site and the WWW is one huge place it will take several weeks or even months for all of Google servers to be updated and indexed correctly.

As Real Estate agents , we must look forward 2011 is here , web 2.0 is here, it time to update or better just add a WordPress site and you will see for yourself the benefits

10 days may not seem like a long time and for something to happen on the web, well that is just insane, I review all of my site each and every day and I must say that I am impress with the my latest real estate site

As you can see I now have over 150 Search queries , 2900 Impressions and 91 Clicks, Based on this in 30 days I will have over 200 Search Queries, 6000 Impressions and 200 Clicks , not bad for a new site… My goal will be over 20000 Impressions, 600 clicks and 20 Leads per month, which will lead to over 12 extra sales per year, based on an average sale price of $200,000 that will equal 2.4 Million in sales, then the referrals from the buyers and each year I will grow the sales by 6-10 and that is at a minimum. As the competition increases in the Pay for click space you need every edge possible, long gone are the days of set it and forget it. I find myself tweaking my adword campaign and budget every 3-4 months, sometimes I increase my bids, sometimes I target more keyword or less keywords.

Recently I found this tool call Spyfu that offers a free peek at your competitors keywords and budget as well a nice compare all for free and if you need some extra keywords and tools then they have a professional subscription plan as well. I know I been able to target my keywords and increases my clicks thanks to SpyFu.
